8:30am to 7:00pm
We will divide it up into three shifts.
Please let know what shift you can work.
Shift 1: 8:30am to 12:30pm (set up booth)
Shift 2: 12:30 to 4:00pm
Shift 3: 4:00 to 7:00pm ( take down booth)
We will have drinks and snacks.
Moving this to the 23rd to let Earth Day recruits join us.
Our monthly weeknight trip for March will be Hardins Cave in Davidson county. This is an easy, horizontal cave and is suitable for cavers of all ability levels.
You will need a helmet, 3 sources of light, boots with lugged soles and good ankle support, gloves, knee pads, and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and torn. The grotto can loan you a helmet if you notify the trip leader in advance.
The May Executive meeting will be held on May 1, 2008 at 7pm at the home of Owen Walker in the Crieve Hall area of Nashville. The Executive Meeting is open to all grotto members and usually involves setting up trips for the upcoming month and other grotto business,
along with good food and drink.
