Hardin's Cave is a horizontal cave in Davidson County that is suitable for cavers of all experience levels and children. There will be some crawling involved, as well as climbing over piles of breakdown. The cave has a stream, so you should expect to at least get your feet wet.

You will need to bring:
Sturdy, warm clothes that will get wet, muddy, and torn.
Boots with good ankle support and lugged soles.
Gloves and kneepads are recommended.
Two or three sources of light, one of which should be attachable to a helmet.
If you do not have a helmet, please contact me immediately so I can have one there for you to borrow.

Meet at the Waffle House off I-40 and White Bridge Road at 5:30pm or at the cave at 6:00pm if you know the location already. You should expect to spend 2.5 to 3 hours in the cave.

Contact Dave Wascher [1] for more information or post here if you have questions.
