The program will be the McBrides rescue video.
May 2008 Executive Meeting
Submitted by jlhcaver on Sun, 2008-04-20 05:13.The May Executive meeting will be held on May 1, 2008 at 7pm at the home of Owen Walker in the Crieve Hall area of Nashville. The Executive Meeting is open to all grotto members and usually involves setting up trips for the upcoming month and other grotto business,
along with good food and drink.
Grotto Meetings
Meetings are held the third Thursday of the month at the Adventure Science Center (formerly the Cumberland Science Museum). The meeting starts at 7:00 pm, but join us at 6:30 for coffee, snacks, and fellowship. Our usual meeting room is in the Engineering Wing of the building. If you need help finding us just stop by the information booth on the first floor and they'll point you to us.

March 2008 Grotto Meeting

The March Program will be a presentation on our grotto founder Tank Gorin, who passed away last year. His program will include slides and a video.
***New night for Grotto Meetings starting in March***
Submitted by jlhcaver on Sun, 2008-02-10 06:14.Starting in March, the grotto membership meeting will be on the THIRD Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. We will still be meeting at the Adventure Science Center. We were asked by the Center to make the change. Please make a note of the change and tell your friends.
Because of the change, we will have the Executive Committee meeting on the first Thursday. This meeting is held at a different location each month. Our next exec meeting is on February 21 at Avis and Gerald Moni's house. The next meeting after that won't be until April 3.

2007 Grotto Christmas Party and Exec. Meeting

The December Executive meeting will be held on Thursday, December 20 at 7pm at the home of Hal and Lisa Love in the Whites Creek area of Nashville. The Executive Meeting is open to all grotto members and usually involves setting up trips for the upcoming month and other grotto business, along with good food and drink. Please bring food to share.
In addition to the usual, we will be having a party. Everyone is encouraged to bring a “dirty Santa” gift ($10 gift limit) to exchange.
