Vertical Training
Weeknight Vertical Practice, November 13, 6:30 p.m.

Weeknight Vertical Training Session, July 25
Submitted by jlhcaver on Wed, 2007-06-27 05:47.John Hickman will have a vertical practice session at Ashland City bluffs after work on Wednesday, July 25. We will start around 6:30 p.m. If it is raining, the event will be postponed. You will need to supply all of your vertical gear.
We will be starting off at the 30 foot bluff if needed and quickly moving on to the 120 foot drop. This is primarily for people who are comfortable with rappelling and climbing to get some practice before going caving. For more information, contact John.

We will start around 6 p.m. If it is raining, the event will be postponed. Bring leather gloves and a caving helmet with an attached light. If you need to borrow vertical gear, let John know.
600 foot vertical climb on Wednesday night (Oct. 18)

"I will be hosting a vertical climbing session on Wednesday night (Oct. 18 at 6 p.m. at my house. This session will be for those who are comfortable with their climbing system.
I will have my 700 foot rope rigged to allow a climb of over 600 feet."
